How to Restore Your Wallet

If you get a new phone or reinstall the app, follow these steps:

1. Download the IBEX Wallet on your new device. 2. Select "Restore Wallet" during setup. 3. Enter your exact Recovery Phrase (12 words). 4. Your wallet and funds will be restored immediately.

How to Back Up Your Wallet

When setting up your wallet, you'll be given a 12 word Recovery Phrase. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet.

Write it down by hand — do not store it digitally (e.g., photos, notes apps). Store it offline, in a private and secure location. Never share it with anyone — no one from IBEX Wallet will ever ask for it. For extra protection, consider a fireproof safe or metal seed plate.
